Serves as the primary student forum for helping shape the future direction of the OMSL.
Provides a forum for discussion of possible new programs for the OMSL and provides current co-chairs an opportunity to report periodically on current programs.
Research and develop new programs, while also recruiting and organizing volunteers for programs including the Student Activities Fair and the Pizza Lunch.
Identifies and discusses common needs among OMSL projects and coordinates joint solutions, e.g., for fundraising efforts, grant-writing, and communication.
Current co-chairs of each OMSL project serve on the MSSG.
Additional members include the OMSL representative to the Medical Student Council.
The MSSG co-chairs are MS4 students. These individuals will chair MSSG meetings and coordinate the Student Activities Fair/Pizza Lunch.
The junior co-chairs will become MSSG co-chairs in their MS4 year.
